These terms and conditions, subject to amendments, apply directly or indirectly via www.hoteltarsis.com to all our services. You can review them online, via mobile devices, on-site, by email or by phone. By accessing, browsing, and using our website—on any platform—you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions below (including the privacy statement).

1. Scope of Services
Through this website, Tarsis Hotel Ltd. (“Tarsis”) offers an online platform to advertise our services and allow visitors to make reservations. By making a booking via www.hoteltarsis.com, you enter into a direct, legally binding contract with Tarsis Hotel Ltd. Once you select your desired service, we act only as an intermediary between you and the virtual POS terminal of Post Bank, forwarding your reservation details to Post Bank’s payment gateway.
After a successful payment through the bank’s electronic terminal, you will receive an email confirmation of your reservation from us.
While we strive to maintain high service quality, we do not monitor nor can we guarantee the uninterrupted operation of the bank’s payment system, nor can we be held liable for any errors (obvious or hidden), interruptions (whether due to temporary or partial outages, maintenance, updates, or technical operations of the virtual POS terminal).

2. Prices and Best Price Guarantee
Our website prices are highly competitive. All prices on www.hoteltarsis.com include VAT and all applicable taxes and fees (which may change due to tax updates or internal hotel policies), unless otherwise stated on the site or in your confirmation email.
Occasionally, lower rates may appear for certain room types. These special rates may carry restrictions on cancellation or refund rules—please review the room description and rate conditions carefully before booking.
Any obvious errors (including typographical) on our website are not binding.
All special offers are clearly marked.

3. Credit Card / Bank Transfer
Accepted cards: Maestro, MasterCard, Visa. The virtual POS terminal uses 3D Secure and Verified by Visa.
Please review carefully the cancellation policy and refund conditions before completing your booking and payment. Note that some transactions may be non-refundable.
In case of fraud or unauthorized use of your card, most banks/card issuers bear the risk and cover fraudulent charges (subject to their terms). Tarsis Hotel Ltd. merely redirects you to Post Bank’s payment system and is not responsible for any charges deemed unauthorized by your bank.

4. Cancellations
A 30% deposit of the booking value is required within 3 business days of reservation. Cancellations made 1–14 days before arrival forfeit the deposit.
